Mindset of Change

So, change is hard, and building habits takes time. If we're going to be in it for the long haul, it has to be fun and it can't be too stressful. So, with that in mind, we are going to implement a little ritual.

This ritual is called the Mindset of Change.

So, without further ado, I want you to close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Yes. Seriously. It's just three breaths. Try not to rush them.


Now I want you to put on the song (or another song that you like) and I want you to get yourself a cup of tea or your favorite beverage, stretch a bit, and maybe go to the WC if you need to.

To create space for sustained change, we need to make emotional and mental room. If you don't like this ritual, feel free to make your own. It's actually pretty important.
